Chef Jesus Rodriguez wants to differentiate himself from other fusion restaurants in New York City, creating an experience in the New York dining scene by having unique fusion meals of Dominican and Hawaiian food. To promote the experience of location value of feeling as if you were in the Caribbean or tropical island tasting the meals there.
The opportunity is to leverage good experience on Doña's dedication to serving quality ingredients behind their dishes. In doing so, I positioned Doña meals as the impetus for truly feeling as if you're on a Tropical/Caribbean vacation tasting their food.

Doña is a Dominican and Hawaiian Fusion restaurant located in East Williamsburg. Doña is a Spanish title addressed to Madam, which Chef Jesus Rodriguez named after his mom and dream restaurant after serving the army. Chef Rodriguez combines traditional Dominican and Hawaiian cooking to his customers, bringing in Caribbean South cooking and Hawaiian spices together.
